Uji Time!!!
Every afternoon around 4:00 PM, the boys at Agape rush the dining hall for one of their favorite treats: Uji! Uji (pronounced oo-jee) is Kenyan porridge, and in my opinion kind of tastes like sweet tea, but has the consistency of . . . well, um . . . snot. Sorry, I had to say it. The boys love it, though!!!
Sorry, another sideways production! I'll try to remember not to film this way!
Love these little boys! And I'm amazed how good your accent is!!
ReplyDeleteThe uji looks like it has chocolate in it.:-)
what is it made of?
ReplyDeleteJulia, it's a combination of millet, corn, and sorghum flours . . .
