Some of you may have seen Tammy's Facebook posts last night, so I'll sum up our experiences in the Atlanta Airport in one sentence: We arrived 3 hours early for our flight, but still had to run to the gate to catch the flight. Gotta love airport bureaucracy!
Like all good Americans, we arrived at our hotel and ordered Domino's Pizza! Everyone is also trying to imitate British accents (and are doing a very poor job of it).
We're hoping that the rain will let up some this afternoon so that we can squeeze in a little site seeing!
Here are a few pics of our trip thus far:
Seth & Connor practicing patience while waiting at baggage check-in in Atlanta.
Chris's Mom and Dad practicing patience (I think that Seth and Connor are doing a better job).
Chris negotiating with British Airways (attempting to be patient).
Finally on the plane . . . that's wassup!!!
The beautiful Page ladies in the choice window seats (the boys get the window seats on the Nairobi flight).
I remember the crazy travel days of trying to get everyone to Kisumu.. The Westfall's are praying for you and know that God will use your family mightily to impact the boys at Agape!!!
